Hi, I’m Dolly Ferguson
Sewing has always been about more than fabric and thread to me. There is something special about sitting down at the sewing machine, watching the pieces come together, and ending with something beautiful that you made with your own hands.
Bag making became the part of sewing I especially loved. I enjoy choosing the fabrics, figuring out how the pieces work together, adding the little details, and seeing a finished bag take shape.
But somewhere along the way, I discovered that I enjoy teaching bag making just as much as making the bags themselves.
I love helping someone go from wondering, “Can I really make that?” to holding up a finished bag and saying, “Look what I made!”
That is what Sew Easy With Dolly is really about for me — sharing something I love with other women, sewing together, learning together, and enjoying the process along the way.
